Looking for Volunteer Opportunities? Check these options Alas, it is autumn, y'all.  Spring has sprung; summer had it's run and now is the season of harvest-- enjoying the fruits of your labor. It's also the perfect time to give back, try something novel, and make a positive move for yourself and others.  New emerging data suggests that volunteering can positively impact health, so why not give it a go?  You're retired! Steak With Rosemary Potatoes and Broccoli

Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes! An easy dinner with the right amount of protein and vegetables. Serves 3 Cook time: 45 mins. Prep time: 45 mins. Ingredients: 3/4 cup olive oil 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup minced garlic 2 1/4 lbs baby red potatoes 1 tbsp dried rosemary 12 cups broccoli 3 lbs flank steak (four 12 oz portions) Instructions: To do ahead of time: Place steak in a zip-top bag with 6 tbsp olive oil, the balsamic and garlic. Turn to coat in the marinade and refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours. At meal time: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut baby red potatoes in half and place in a bowl; drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with dried rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Spread on the prepared baking sheet and cook 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut broccoli into florets and place in the empty bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 3 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. To vote you must be: A US citizen At least 18 years old on Election Day A resident of Minnesota for 20 days  Not currently in jail for a felony conviction Not under a court order that revokes your right to vote Your criminal record doesn't affect your right to vote in Minnesota unless you are currently in jail on a felony conviction. This means you can vote if: you were charged with or convicted of a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor you are in jail, but are not serving a felony sentence you have been charged with a felony, but you haven't been convicted you have been given a stay of adjudication you have been convicted of a felony but are not incarcerated you are on work release, even if you return to a jail facility at night You cannot vote if you are currently incarcerated serving a felony sentence As long as a judge didn't restrict ...
