Left, Right, Side to Side Don't Pass on Stretching How many of y'all actually stretch?  No, seriously... I'm not trying to shame anyone. It's super easy to skip doing, but we shouldn't pass on a good stretch. And here's why. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, stretching is important for everyone to do because it offers benefits that can contribute to overall physical health. Easy Chopped Rainbow Salad

Rainbow Salad With Mixed Greens Who doesn't love a simple, keto-friendly salad with peppers, cucumbers, and more? This is easy to prepare, and you'll be chowing down within a matter of minutes!  Bon appetite! Ingredients: 1/2 napa cabbage 6 cups mixed greens 4 cups cherry tomatoes 2 cucumbers 2 yellow bell peppers 2 avocados 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill 1 lemon 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes Instructions: Core and thinly slice the cabbage. Add to a salad bowl along with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice cucumber. Remove top and seeds from yellow bell pepper; thinly slice. Peel and dice avocado. Combine all together in the bowl. Coarsely chop dill. De-seed and juice lemon. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, red pepper flakes, dill and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
