New Year, New Goals Think SMART Ok y'all... We're nearing the end of the 2023, and as it draws to a close this can be a good time to consider new intentions and goals for 2024. Though it's pretty common for resolutions to revolve around upping the physical activity and lowering the pounds, our priorities and life circumstances vary so our goals should be specific to us. 👌 Goals could be as simple as: taking a break from social media learning a new skill drinking less reading more practicing healthy sleeping habits Give it some thought, and whenever you're ready to proceed (even if it's well into 2024), familiarize yourself with how to set SMART goals. Whatever meaningful changes you decide on for 2024, set them with SMART intentions in mind. SPECIFIC - not vague or general, like "I plan to lose weight for the summer".
